A neuroscience-backed small group coaching intensive for high-potential women who want their lives to feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside.

For themselves, their friends, & their children.
In their community, workplace, and leadership decisions.
Join the women who are choosing self trust over self doubt.
You know your inner critic is too loud, but you also don't want to spend time and effort dealing with it.
You know self-doubt is calling the shots, but you also don't want to admit to struggling with confidence and security.
The Science of Self trust is the psychological somatic education that every woman has a right to, every woman deserves, and most of us never got.

Your success shouldn't feel suffocating. But that's the reality I hear from so many high-potential women: as your skills grew, so did your capacity, responsibility, and pressure.
Now, it can feel like you're being tested all the time — like an invisible scorecard running in the background:
Did I make the right decision?
Did I handle that well?
Am I doing enough?
Should I be further along by now?
Your life can look successful on the outside while, while you're second-guessing, overthinking, and carrying more stress than anyone realizes. And it gets even harder when you've convinced yourself you're supposed to stay calm, composed, and perfectly regulated through it all — as if feeling anxious or overwhelmed means you're doing something wrong.
If you could just figure out how to wake up and exercise, you'd feel like yourself again.
Once you get through this busy season at work, you’ll be able to slow down.
If your kids would listen, you wouldn't keep yelling at them.
....except somehow, the next step keeps changing, and work never slows down, and your kids never listen and you never quite figure out how to get it together.
We know you've been searching for answers — likely for a long time.
If you've already read the books, attended seminars, hired wellness coaches, maybe even tried therapy and still feel that something isn't clicking, you're in the right place. You know about boundaries and nervous system regulation and people-pleasing, and you can probably explain why you overthink.
Yet knowing all of that hasn’t changed what you do when you’re on the spot and under pressure.
The Science of Self Trust is for women who are no longer willing to settle for coaching that's "fine", or "good enough", but doesn't truly make the difference.
If you're unwilling to live another day feeling like you're drowning, this is for you.
You're allowed to love your life.
You can build a life that you love.
Private community support. A space to celebrate wins, share struggles, ask the questions you've been sitting with, and stay connected between sessions. Real conversations with real people. Because it’s really hard to build self-trust if every room you enter is another room where you have to perform.
1:1 live coaching sessions for every participant, to ensure a high touch, tailored, experience that honors your unique needs and patterns — so the work actually roots in your life and doesn't rot in your inbox.
The Science of Self Trust was built with the brainpower of two licensed therapists. Grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and performance science, while being built for real busy lives. The standard for deciding what went into the programming wasn't, "will it sell on instagram?" it was, "are we 100% confident this is backed by neuroscience and the highest possible offer we could give to our clients?"
Understanding Your Brain
You’ll learn why confidence doesn’t automatically grow with competence, how your brain filters information, and why it holds onto mistakes while overlooking evidence that you can trust yourself. Together, we’ll begin rebuilding that evidence from the ground up so you can stop treating self-doubt like it’s the truth.
Understanding Your Nervous System
Learn how your nervous system shapes the way you think, feel, and respond under pressure. You’ll discover what emotions are actually trying to tell you, why stress changes the way you experience the world, and how to work with your body instead of against it so you can respond intentionally instead of reacting automatically.
Practicing Self- Trust
Self trust isn’t built by understanding psychology alone. It’s built through experience. You’ll learn practical tools for making decisions, taking meaningful action, and recognizing effort, success, and progress so trusting yourself becomes something you do, not just something you hope to feel someday.
Understanding Your Values
Discover what actually matters to you and learn how to use your values as an internal compass. You’ll explore comparison, conflict, other people’s opinions, and competing priorities so you can make decisions that feel true to you instead of constantly looking outside yourself for the answer. Or so you stop measuring yourself by everyone else’s expectations.
Practicing Visualization
Learn to use evidence-based visualization to mentally rehearse challenges and prepare your brain and body for meaningful moments before they happen. You’ll discover how high performers use mental practice to strengthen real-world performance so you can walk into important moments already knowing how you want to show up.
Recovering from Mistakes & Setbacks
Mistakes, setbacks, and uncertainty are inevitable. You’ll learn how your brain responds when things don’t go as planned and develop practical strategies for recovering without spiraling so one difficult moment doesn’t become evidence about who you are.
In teh

I used to feel trapped inside of my own life.
Never by one dramatic thing, but by hundreds of little things. I was trapped by my own overthinking. Other people’s opinions. The pressure to make the “right” decision. Careers in law, business, wilderness therapy, bookstores, and restaurants. I kept thinking the next one would finally be the place where I felt like myself. The feeling that everyone else somehow knew how to be an adult while I was still looking around for instructions. My brain has never been interested in vague advice. I always wanted someone to hand me the instruction manual.
I wanted freedom.
Not the kind that comes from quitting your job and moving to Bali (though that does sound appealing sometimes). The kind where you trust yourself enough to make decisions, use your voice, set boundaries, and build a life that actually feels like yours. Where you stop feeling trapped by what everyone else around you thinks, does, says.
I wanted answers. So I became a therapist.

SCIENCE OF SELF TRUST
Therapy changed my life. It taught me how people change. It taught me how our brains work. It taught me how trauma, relationships, and our nervous systems shape the way we move through the world.
But I noticed there was a gap between insight and implementation. People deserve practical tools they can use on Tuesday afternoon, not just powerful conversations with me on Thursday at 2 p.m.
So I started building the framework I couldn’t find.
Over the last decade, I’ve pulled together what I’ve learned from neuroscience, psychology, performance science, business, visualization work, and yes - even some of the more “woo-woo” corners of personal development that occasionally stumbled onto something science would later explain.
I wanted something practical. Something women could actually use when they were second-guessing themselves before a hard conversation. Or wondering whether to trust their gut. Or trying to figure out who they were underneath years of performing for everyone else.
My own life has been built one small act of self-trust at a time. I’ve left careers that looked successful on paper because they no longer fit. I’ve packed up and moved to a city where I barely knew anyone. I’ve built mlultiple businesses. I've navigated pretty serious vestibular migraine symptom through a web of medical anxiety trauma. I didn’t feel confident through most of those decisions. Most of the time I felt terrified.
Because confidence, I’ve learned, isn’t something you earn after getting multiple degrees, building multiple business, or surviving your first cervical MRI (ask me how I know)
It’s something your brain and body learn every time you choose to trust yourself.
That’s the work I get to do now.
Helping women stop outsourcing their lives to fear, self-doubt, and everyone else’s opinions…
…so they can build lives they don’t feel trapped inside anymore.

You’re allowed to love your life.
Your success shouldn't feel suffocating, but the reality I hear from most high-potential women is that it does. As goals got bigger, your skills grew, and then the stakes were raised which meant so did the pressure.
You can be ambitious and deeply satisfied.
You can care what other people think without letting their opinions weigh you down.
You can disappoint someone and still know you’re a good person.
You can feel anxious without letting anxiety run the show.
I am here to support women who crave a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.
The goal isn’t to teach you how to be fearless, anxiety-less, or anything less than you already are.
The goal is to teach you to trust yourself. so you can become more.
I want that world.
So were we.
That's why we vet every single woman who joins the Science of Self Trust to create a culture where women are safe to be themselves.
Women deserve space where they can laugh, experiment, get it wrong, and fumble, but the truth is that very few rooms are actually safe enough to take risks while we're still figuring things out.
I've looked for spaces like that my whole life. And there just aren’t enough rooms like that.
Not being able to find safe spaces is exactly why I built the Science of Self Trust — because we need each other. Because it takes a village to raise a child, but it also takes a village to run a marathon. To graduate college, to build a seven-figure business, and to feel at home in your own skin at the end of the day.
We are more isolated than ever, and it's more important than ever that we surround ourselves with people who celebrate your birthday, take initiative, make plans to follow up, and of course, text first.
This means the Science of Self Trust is not a course you take alone.
It's built around real, small-group connection — the kind where you're known, not just enrolled.
Your cohort becomes a group of people who genuinely get it, walk alongside you, and help you see yourself more clearly than you can on your own.
“
This turned me into myself again. I feel like I can walk into a room, whether it's personally or professionally, and have the confidence to show up as myself, be who I am, and move in the world the way I want to."
I used to "fake" confidence, before completing this program. Now it's something real that I can tap into
The Science of Self Trust asks the kind of questions that allow you to tune into your own vision and dreams, then offers the structure and support to create follow-through

Take that opportunity, without needing to feel 100% ready first.
Know you can handle what happens next—even when you have no idea what happens next.
Protect your own energy and feelings
Set a boundary without spending the next three days wondering if you were too harsh.
Make a decision without polling everyone else first.
Navigate social, relational, and workplace dynamics with confidence and authority
Make a mistake without immediately turning it into evidence that you’re bad at your job...or relationship...or parenting, or life.
Recover after stress, instead of expecting yourself to stay perfectly regulated all the time.
Have interactions that have respect, dignity, connection, and boundaries.
Use emotions as a source of strength, rather than being overtaken by them.
